On Campus Rehabilitation

Avantara Lincoln Park, our on-campus sister rehabilitation facility, specializes in daily physical and occupational therapy. It also offers medical professionals on-site 24/7, wellness programming, medication management, and personal care assistance, if needed.

My loved one has a spacious and beautiful apartment. The staff are very caring. There are many areas where residents can socialize; Mom is never in her apt., which is a testament to how much she enjoys hanging out with others. My mother is constantly checked on to make sure that she is OK. Mom has attended exercise classes, hair salon, art classes, food tastings, movie watching, etc. The dining room serves great food and Mom looks forward to each meal. I trust the nursing staff as they have done an excellent job taking care of my loved one.
